221g - Yellow Slip - Hyderabad

Hi,

I was given yellow slip during H1 Interview at Hyderabad Consulate. I made the required documents ready.
Now all I have to do is pack them in a single Envelope and submit in the VFS Office.
Do I need to show the VFS Office the contents or just submitting is fine?
Also I dont need to submit the passport along with the documents. Right?

Please confirm.
