Dear All,
In I797 my DOB is mistyped. I have to attend for H1B stamping on 16 May 05 at chennai. I informed my Employer(which is the sister concern of my present organisation) about the same. The Employer and the attorney who filed this petition said they will send me a letter addressed to US consulate chennai stating about the mistake of DOB in I797 and correcting the same by filing I129 H for ammendaments at DHS-USCIS soon. They are asking me to take the interview on 16 May 05.
They claim that this should not be an issue.
I am in a dilemma. Should i inform the consular about this before he asking me or should i wait until he asks about the same.
Can any one suggest me about what i should do ..??
