H1 Transfer from IT business to Restaurant???

I'm currently in h1b visa and this is my 4th year. Not sure whether my employer sponsor PR or not. So, if my parents who is US citizen (Petition filed on Feb 2004 and waiting as Family preference 3b category) thinking about running restaurant business. Is it possible to transfer my h1b because I'll be the one who is operating the restaurant? The restaurant is running since decade with more than 1m sale a year.
