  • H1B Transfer Premium Vs Regular Processing

Are there any risks in applying for H1B Transfer using Premium Processing vs Regular Processing? Is it true that the Premium Processing Unit (PPU) heavily scrutinizes 'consultant' petitions and often issues cumbersomeRequests for Additional Evidence AND only approves the H-1B until the end date of the underlying contract with the 3rd party vendor -- whereas,
regular processing adjudicators are less likely to look closely at this (although this does not mean that they won't). Please advise!

Also, if applicant has to pay the premium processing fee, is it a risk?

    I appreciate your help!!!

As long as the documents are in place, you don't have to worry about all these. If your statement is true, then no one who file the H1B in normal process should ever get an RFE.
You are allowed to pay the premium processing fee. The H1B fee should be taken care by the employer.
Not a legal advice. Use of this information is strictly at your own risk.
