Hii Folks,

As soon as i arrived here , my consultant had taken an Bond / Agreement in writing that if i quit him with in 18 months then i have to pay him 10000$ ,
is this legal , can he take action against me as per the agreement , plz help

What is the matter in that agreement ? Any conditions are there ... ?

Hi,

As long as he is paying you promptly(even though you are on bench) you can sign that bond. once he stopped paying you when you are out of the project, you can just ignore that stupid piece of paper.

Hi All,
I am in a similar situation.
I had signed an agreement for 12 months and I have worked with him for 7 months. Now I found a better opportunity and I am planning to leave him.
Can he take any legal action against me. He has been paying me promptly except for the 1st one month when my SSN was not there.

Let me know what best can be done.
