Should medical insurance run on his paystub compulsory?

One of my colleagues employer is not running medical insurance on his paystub. His employer was paying from company after that he was taking off from my friend's per dime amount. Should medical insurance run on his paystub compulsory?

No. If the health insurance from the company is high, then you can go with your own personal insurance.
