Hi all,

I have attended visa interview on SEP 2011 and issued a 221g with employer x. Now I changed my employer and wanted to attend visa with a different petition.

So, my question is should I answer YES to this Question?

1. Have you ever been refused a U.S. Visa, been refused admission to the United States, or withdrawn your application for admission at the port of entry?

Answer yes and write 221g in the details section. It will not affect your new application.
