H1B Case status still at "Initial Review" state

The case is under normal processing and is currently being adjudicated by California Service Center.. On Nov 8th, case is accepted....but still it shows the "Initial Review" state.

1) How many days it may take for normal processing
2) any guide lines...will add a great help from you..... guys

Normal processing time anywhere between 2-3 months. Don't count on the online case tracking. It is not always accurate.

Yep.... you said it well.... that's true.... my case got processed and approved by April, 10th 2012. scheduled my interview on May 10...fly on May 30th ....
