Lost Passport, I94, H1B

I recently lost all of my immigration docs, I'm filing for my Advance Parole soon (in two weeks)... My question is, if I get my Advance Parole approved, do I still have to get my lost H1B stamping revalidated... or can I use my AP to travel abroad... my lost H1b is valid until Jan 2006.. i may get my AP approved a few months before that... thanks in advance for answers...

Lost I-94 and need to travel

I recently lost my I-94, however I managed to get a photocopy from my college that has my I-94 number.
I need to travel to India next week, my question is, will not having an original I-94 be a problem for me to leave or enter the States?
