Form D-160 for H4 and I-140
Need some help with question “Has Anyone Ever Filed an Immigrant Visa Petition on Your Behalf?” in form D-160 for H4.
My I-140 is approved and waiting for priority date for next steps/I-485.
As far as I understand I-140 is immigration petition for the employee / H1 person only… however not very sure if approved I-140 would mean immigration petition filed for family or spouse on H4 as well.
Under these circumstances what should be the answer to the above question while filling the form D-160 for H4?
