Regarding the return date from USA in DS160

In ds160 form the return date from usa I wrote as 05/19/2014 whereas ,my I797 end date is
09/19/2014.

Will that be affected. Please let me know

That is okay.

It will not cause any issues. But there are chances that your visa can get approved only till 05/19/2014 instead of 09/19/2014 (The actual petition expiry date).
