  • Should minor son be mentioned as immediate relatives in US

    Hi,

I have a question regarding “do you have any immediate relatives in US”. I have read on immihelp that if your immediate relatives are U.S. citizens but are currently staying in India on a PIO or OCI card, you have to still mention them. [link below ]

My question is, do I have to mention my son [minor] who was born in the US? He will be with us in India [on PIO] during stamping.

    Thanks
