H-4 for husband

My Husband has master’s degree in USA and was working in USA for 2 years and right now has 4 years of IT experience and currently we are working in Singapore. I got my H1B approved and have few questions:

1. Should me and my husband go for stamping together?
2. Is it normal for husband to go for H4 stamping?
3. What should my husband say if VO asks his plan in H4 in USA?
4. Is it a problem for my husband to go for H4 as he is currently working?

>>> Dependent visa has got nothing to do with gender.

>>> A person in dependent visa can only be a dependent to the H1B holder. It is illegal for the people in dependent status to work and get paid.

4. Is it a problem for my husband to go for H4 as he is currently working?
