Regarding resignation

Hi,

I have resigned my desi company with 2 weeks notice last week and moving to MNC but my desi company asking me to give 4 weeks, then discussed with MNC company and agreed to 4 weeks, now desi company asking me to stay one year as per policy but I dont have any agreement like that.

what to do?

Please help me.

Note:- My H1 got approved with MNC company.

If you have not signed any agreement with the consulting company, you are not required to stay even for a single day.
