I need advise...I am stuck..I just got my h1 visa in October 2011 and I have started my first project in mid January...meanwhile I have also applied for another contract position also but client has offered me full time position .Now my question is ,client has my **** resume so in that case would I be in trouble while my h1 transfer as while applying for h1 uscis have different resume and within 3 months I have 3 years exp and also how does background check work for full time position .
Please share your thoughts ASAP.
