Utilizing 6 years of H1B

After getting an H1B, I have a set plan for the next 7 years(if all goes according to plan)
Year 1 - Work for my company in the US
Year 2 - Back to my country & work here for a yr more
Year 3,4 - MBA in the US
Year 5,6,7 - Work in the US to repay my MBA loan.

Query: How to do i manage to work in the US in the 7th year without having to return back to my country for a yr? Kindly help. Thank you.

Are you planning to do the MBA while working or as a full-time student? If as a full-time student you will need to change status to F1 in order to study. In that case your time in F1 status will not count towards the H1 limit and according to your plan you will have plenty of time left in H1.
If you plan to do MBA part-time while working in H1 status, that is also allowed. But to get extension beyond 6 years you will need to have your employer file immigrant petition (green card) for you.
