    H1B filing GC please advice about Category

    Hi,
    Please guide me in which category will be filling my GC by my employer (EB-2 OR EB-3? ) , if he/she file wrong than I have to wait many years.
    My Qualification: Bachelor Degree from India.
    USA work experience on H1B : 5years
    Abroad work experience : UAE , European countries : 6years.
    India : 4years.

    Never studied in USA. Entered on H1B only.

      It's EB 2 I guess...!!! my is bachelor + 15years experience total.... my employer told me bachelor + 5years is not work for EB 2 , becasue it's bachelore Degree from India..!! uhh this consultancy people don't understand well.... how can I explain him to file under EB2??
