Fresh H1B stamping after B1 refusal

Hi,

My H1B Petition got approved in Dec 2011 and I am going for fresh H1B stamping at Chennai under BEP after a year of my B1 refusal in Mar 2011. B1 got denied under 214(b) clause.

Now I am little bit confused on what to answer for the below question.

1) Why your B1 got denied?

Someone please put a light on this asap. I would really appreciate your kind response.

>>> Give the same reason given in your denial letter.

2) Why only you have been considered for this assignment?
>>> Well, you and your employer should be able to figure out this. Don't you know the reason why you were selected for this assignment.

3) Why cannot the work be done from offshore?
>>> If all the work can be done from offshore, then there is no need of any work visas to U.S.

Yes. They would have enough information in their system on why your visa was rejected. If there was specific reason given to you when the visa got rejected, then mention that.
