Experience Letters for GC

hi,

I worked for company xyz and now i am working with other company. I need to get experience letter from my prev. company i.e. from xyz for my GC . Does the experience letter should contain salary details? what details we need to include in the experience letter..is there any format?? my prev. company is the first company i worked in US..so do i need to get exp. letter since i landed in US ?

Experience letter should include your full name, duration of employment, roles and responsibilities & technologies used.
