Need to apply H4 again while H1 transfer the company?

Hi
I did a COS from H1 to H4 while my husband was working in Company A. and I got my H4 valid till 2014. Now he transfers his visa to company B. So do I need to apply the H4 agin since my husband changed the company?

There is no need. You can stay in the US as long as your new I-94 (at the bottom of change of status approval notice) is valid and your spouse is maintaining H1 status (with any employer). You will need to get H4 Visa whenever you leave the US.
