Hi,
Please help me below confusion.
I was worked with Old employer "A" for some time and due to some immigration laws(should not have more layers in between client and employer) i removed one layer( removed old employer) and transfered to vendor and got the new H1-B petition from my new employer which is valid till May.2012 and went for visa stamping, there i got 221g for not having the client location address in LCA but it was in last page of LCA,after some days i called VFS,they said my case is Under Amin process and till now ( 4 months) no updates from consulate and my petition is going to expire in May 2012.
my question is.
1. if some thing goes wrong with ADMIN process which is currently at US consulate(new petition valid till may 2012) can i go with old employer H1-B petition (same client) for visa stamping?
2. Or should apply for new petition extension for new employer one?
Please help me to choose the better one.
