H4 Stamping

Hi

I have been working in US for 5 years and last year in july went to india for stamping and visa was denied after issuing 221g.I reapplied and got my stamping done in december and got married in January and came to US in Feb. I am planning to apply H4 and bring my wife too... I do not have latest paystubs.

Can I still apply H4 or do I need to wait for couple of months ?

You should have got her stamping done soon after you got married.

Now, wait until you have one or two pay stubs.
