H1 OPT query

Hi,
I am working on OPT in company A. My OPT is valid until first week of october 05. I have an offer of company B which is applying for H1 starting october. Can I work for A until september? Is it compulsory for me to work with company B from the start date of my H1 or is it from the approval date of my H1 with company B? Please let me know. Thanks.

once ur h1 is approved and the start date of ur h1 ur opt will not be valid and till then u can work for any number of employer. but once u got h1 form company B forget comapnay A. there is no bonding betewen A and B till ur h1 start date. once u cross that date u have top work for comapny B . u cna still work for coampany A if u like but u cannot get paid form him.
