Not changing employer after h1b transfer

Hello Friends

I have a question regarding H1B transfer , I am working for company A with whom I have an approved labour and I140 with EB3 india PD of May 2007 . I am on the 8th year of my H1B visa , My h1b is expiring in May 2013 with my current employer who will extend it for next 3 years .

I accepted an offer with Company B , The company B did the H1B transfer and it was approved and I got the documents in hand , Now I have changed my mind and I want to be with Company A as I got promoted as a manager , Even after H1B transfer can I work with Company A which I am still working with , I have not resigned yet , Please let me know , I would like to know if I would get into any legal issues , All I have done is sign the offer letter and H1B is transferred with company B.

Is it mandatory to join the new company just because you signed the offer letter ??

No issues. You can stay with the current employer as long as you haven't started working for the new employer.
