H1B for new Department Agency?
Greetings Everyone!
All IT Positions in my company are now consolidated to a single new
department agency. I would be transferred to this new department - eventhough we
work on the same projects and same responsibilities etc. Does this mean I
have to change my H1 B Status for this new Department Agency? If so can you please
tell me what is the procedure? I would be doing same work and same job
excpet that now I work under this new department agency.
