Planning for New_H1VISA_Interview After 221g Admin processing @HYD

HI ,I had my H1 VISA(E-C Model)Interview on Nov 13th @Hyd and got a 221g Blue Admin Processing ,then after 3 weeks got a refusal letter ,explaining Employee -Employer relationship which clearly mentioned how can a Manager (Employer) can control a Employee who is sitting at Clinet location which is far away blah blah ,I explained everything to Clinet manager then my Client manager applied a new h1 and requested start date after going to USA .I will be a fultime employee for the Client ... got approval and also mentioned on I-797B notified:Hyd Counslate

I saw in forums people still getting rejected based on old 221g Blue ..

My Question here is there any chance that the Visa officer may reject saying 2nd attempt,(SAME Conslate) or based on previous 221g refusal ..and also I saw in forums people saying there are less chances of rejection for a FT .
Can any one please help me on providing some information , I am about to book a VISA date at HYD

I am also under similar situation. I still didn't get any reply from consulate. Can you tell me where is the client location and the employer location

You should get the visa issued this time.I still don't get their logic for refusal based on 'employer-employee relationship' funda when there are lot of staffng companies operate on the same principle with their clients from years.How would a staffing company provide tools and advise you on a daily task and have a manager appointed for you.It is absolutely ridiculous to see that USCIS approves the same instead of rejecting in the first place leaving us stranded without any clue.
