H1 Transfer problem

Hi,
I have a problem with visa transfer.

. I transfered my H1 2months back. I want to change another job.

1. I got job in other company and i gave a resignation in current company.

2. Current company is not ready to accept my resignation and they talked with me for long time and I said YES.

3. I said to employer and offered company..


my question is.

Is any chance to get lawer notice from new employer?

How much risk in this?

What are main issues in future?

If you haven't signed any documents, then you don't have to worry about. If you have signed anything, then do consult a labor/immigration attorney.

I didn't sign on any papers for new job ...Employer only did the sign....
