    Need info which stage - Wife can get added to husband's GC

    Hi,
    Need info on GC processing.
    Wife on H1 and up to which stage wife can get added to husband's GC.
    Can she wait till he gets his Green card or she has to be added before any stages of GC processing.Please reply me the info if anybody aware of it.
