H1B employer obligation for family travel cost

Hi,
Can someone tell me if the H1B employer supposed to pay the Family travel cost if my spouse is going to join me in USA from India. Is it as per the law ? it's an American company.

Not sure abt law.But there's nothing wrong in asking them for it,i do know of cases where the employer paid for it.Good luck.
