H-4 Visa 221G Blue

My Wife got 221g blue and asked for submitting lots of documents but my Employer is not willing to provide some confidential documents.
Attorney of the Employer is going to appeal with LegalNet Pocedure.
Any Idea how long does it take to resolve and what is this procedure is?

Search and read the posts on 221g / admin process. There is plenty of posts with enough information. The time line cannot be predicted as they are case by case basis. If the employer is not ready to give you the confidential documents, then they can directly send it to the consulate.

My question is Lawyer is not going to submit documents but he is going to proceed with some procedure called LegalNet , I do not know what is this.
I would like to know about this Procedure and it there any Hope?

Hi,

Actually my Attorney was working on that for my wife case, and I got email from consulate after 2 months to reappear for interview, and they issued another 221g but they did not asked any documents from company.
