Hi,
I'm in US for last 5 years. Out of five years, 4 and half years I was on L1 and then I got my fresh H1 which is now valid for three years as this is fresh H1. This H1 will be valid till 2007 and then probably I can get another extension for three years ( total six years on H1).
My questions are:
1. Is it like I can't stay in status after six years no matter what visa status I was in? Meaning, even though I have H1 which is valid through 2007, do I need to leave the country at the end of my six year stay which is next year?
2. Do I need to get seventh year extension after I finish my six year stay (including L1 stay + H1 stay) if my LC is pending for more than a year?
