Question regarding H-1B visa stamping

Hello All,

I got my H-1B visa in 2009 through company X. I also got my H-1B visa stamping through same company in 2009 which is valid til Sep 24, 2012. Then I joined company Y in 2010 and now I joined Company Z last year. Now My new H-1B visa petition from company Z is valid till Jan 01,2013 but I still has old visa stamping which is valid till Sep 24,2012 through my old company X. Now I am planning to go to India. Do I need to go for Visa stamping as I have changed my employer or my old visa stamping would work at port authority as long as I have my new visa approval notice with me?

Please let me know.

You can use the old visa along with the new petition to reenter U.S.
