Hi,
My situation has turned complex with Visa appointments, please help and suggest path forward for me.
I am applying for H1 stamping (rejected twice in 1 year), and my wife on H4 fresh applicant.
I booked an appointment together , but after contacting VFS i had to cancel it, since they said I could not book together as I was rejected 2 times, and my wife fresh applicant.
I booked the appointment together again after again calling VFS (who said yes this time).
But after contacting the VFS through email, I was told I could not book the appointment together, and this time I cancelled my appointment alone, as I was very confused and dint want to take any chances.
Now my HDFC slip is deactivated due to 2 cancellations, and my wife appointment is active.
1. How do I move forward?
2. If VFS says I cannot go together with my wife for stamping since I am rejected twice, and she is fresh applicant, what should be the gap in our interview dates?
