Hi ,

1) I am here in L1 Blanket Visa now i want to apply for H1 Visa.Is valid to change my status from US itself to change from L1 Visa to H1 Visa.

2) when i am having L1 Visa status can i apply for H1 or it will lead into problem.

3) If i am in L1 or H1 status as a dependant my partner can work here.

Yes, you can apply for H1. If you get approval notice with valid I-94, you can work for new employer with out leaving US.



2) when i am having L1 Visa status can i apply for H1 or it will lead into problem.

It's not a problem. Make sure you don't require any L1 extension before you get your approval notice.



3) If i am in L1 or H1 status as a dependant my partner can work here.
