I'm currently working in US and an H1B visa holder from India and want to apply H4B visa for my wife. I got my registered marriage on December 22, 2011. My religious Christian wedding would in India on April 15th. I wanted to know if my wife can apply for H4B visa earlier with just our register marriage. We have a marriage certificate and my name is added in my wife's passport. I have a few photos of our register marriage too. Will this be risky? Or is it better to wait after my wedding so that she can take our actual wedding photos?
