  • Chances of H1B denial due to reasons from employee side?

    Hello,

I have been working with company A for the last 7 years & out of which i have been in UK for 3 years. Now im planning to apply for h1b through company B while im still working with company A.

I would like to know if there are any chances of my H1 getting rejected due to problems from employee side?

The reason for this question is that …the company B has asked me to pay for the visa fess & told me that if the visa gets denied due to reasons on the employee side then the fees is not refundable….

I have a clean work/travel history…are there a chance to find negatives from my side??

    Paying for H1 is illegal.

Reasons for denial from employee side are ineligibility due to lack of 4 year Bachelor's degree or equivalent education/experience.
This is my opinion and not legal advice.

      >>> Of course, it is possible.

      >>> Paying for your own H1B is purely illegal at the first place. The employer should pay the H1B filing fees. If for any reason the employer takes the money and cheats you, there is absolutely nothing you can do.
Not a legal advice. Use of this information is strictly at your own risk.

It seems they are not willing to take risk....they said if all goes well & if i get the approval the fees can be reimbursed....
