No Paystubs on H1B will be issue if im India?

Hi,

Im stuck with 221g and have no paystubs running currently from 6months cause my project doesn't allow to work remote. So it is unpaid vacation for me.

Will this cause issue ? Please let me know the consequences.

If you have pay stubs till you left the US should be fine
