  • H1B Extention for expired visa

Hi everybody,I need your help on the below issue.
My H1B petition and visa got expired in September 2010, In 2011,I joined a company in india and my current company is going to apply extension for my expired visa in this month.i.e march 2012. i have 3 questions about this.

1)What is the possibility of getting extension approval i.e. I97
    2) what are the major queries I may expect.
3)What would be the processing time for this extension?

    Disperately looking for your help.
    Thanks,

1)What is the possibility of getting extension approval i.e. I97
    >>> Hypothetical questions cannot be answered. No one can judge your possibility of getting the petition or visa approved.

2)what are the major queries I may expect.
    >>> There will be no queries if the documents are in order. If they need any additional documents, they will issue you an RFE with the details of the required doucments. As long as you (your employer) can provide all the documents, the chances of aproval is good.

3)What would be the processing time for this extension?
    >>> 2-3 months by normal process and 15 days by premium.
