h4 visa question

hello

H1b employee - valid stamp till 2014 with employer A name
and currently working with new emp B with approved 797

india h4 family- planning to get h4 visas with h1b employee new employer B docs

now can h1b employee go to india with old valid visa and new 797 and can bring their family without any problem
and h1b employee not willing to go for stamping


experts;any alternative for this situation

pls suggest and correct
