LCA- Client address update

Last year my client has shifted to new location. I have requested my employer to update the new address in the LCA and USCIS. Recently I have requested my employer a copy of LCA, now that, I see my LCA, Client address has not been updated.

When I ask my employer about the same, he says that, “You don't need to update address, because you are in same county”. Is this true??

Your employer is right. A change in work location within the same county doesn't require a new LCA or a H1B amendment. In other words, if the new work locations is located within the same metropolitan statistical area as the previous one and both the locations are within the normal commuting distance of each other, a new LCA/H1B amendment is not required.
