My h1-b extention expires in may -2012
i am on h1-b since last seven years
my i-140 denied because of lawyer mistake , he applied in wrong category
now again i-140 applied
again h1-b also applied
my question is since i-140 is pending, uscis will approve one year ha1-b extention ?
