Hi all,
Your help and advice required.
Visa applied: H1B, Consulate : Hyderabad, Date : 7th March, 2012
I was asked many questions on Employee - Employer relationship and after 15 question or so he gave me a declaration (Answers i gave) to sign which i refused and told that i am not authorized to sign.
Then, he handed over 221(g) White by ticking "Administrative Processing" and told that your petition is suspended till the action taken by your Employee.
Can anyone help me with the above case ? Did anyone find themselves in a similar situation?
And also my case is not updated in consulate site, it is 2 weeks since i attended the interview
Guys please help me to understand this issue as i am not aware / unheard of this situation
