Currently iam in a job and working on H1. Unfortunately i will be laid of on last day of my H1b in 2 weeks of time. So i am pretty sure i cant find a job and file for H1 in this time. I have EAD do i need to send any notification to uscis informing them i am updating to EAD or what should i do to move to EAD. Can i move to EAD even if i dont have job??
