H-1 and H-4

Hello,

I am in USA on h-1 currently, valid till 2015. My wife applied h-4 0n14th Feb but she got 221g blue and my employer's lawyer is working on that because VO asked to provide confidential documents. my employer is not ready to provide those documents.
My question is I am planning to visit India next month and going for stamping.
Should I go alone or with my wife, H-1 and h-4 together? what would happen of my wife's pending application?

You can withdraw the current H4 visa application and appear for H1B/H4 together. If the employer is not willing to provide the confidential documents, what are you plans if you get a similar 221g for the same set of documents?

I do not have any plan if they asked for same set of documents, i am hoping they would not ask for any confidential documents.
Do they have records about documents they asked for in h-4 application?
My employer's lawyer working on my wife's H-4 through some LegalNet procedure. what is this procedure and what should I do if i am going to reapply for H-4.

how do we withdraw application?
>>> Write a letter to the consulate stating that you like to withdraw the visa application. Mention the petition number, passport number, copy of 221g etc to identify your application.
