What are the chances to approve Visiting Visa while 221g pending?

If the reason for applying B2 is genuine (B2 is for tourism) and if you have the required supporting documents and if an immigration petition is never been filed on your behalf, then the chances are good. Previous 221g will not affect the new visa process.
