Can my employer still apply for H1B Visa for me?

Hi Gurus,

I had submitted all the documents to my employer yet by mistake one document "Biographic Form" was missed in the courier (a hard copy). My employer has asked for the soft copy of the same, but as today its alreay April 4th 2012 I am in doubt whether my application would mean anything this late.

As per my employer the application today will go to USA and they file a petition, my question is should I allow them to apply for me at this late time?

Haven't I lost the opportunity already as there are only 65000 applications accepted world wide?

Do I get any confirmation that I am among those 65000 lucky people by any means?

What are you talking about. The CAP for 2013 just opened on 2nd April and it is wide open. It is not going to get over any time soon. Send the document to your employer and they will be able to file your H1B petition without any issues.
