H4 visa- DS160 form, Address/Phone number??

This is Aravind, working and living in England-UK past 4 years

I am applying and attending interview for US non-immigration H4-dependant visa at Chennai-India

I just wanted to be clear of which address/phone number?? do I need to quote on DS-160 form at Address/Phone information field i.e. India or UK address/phone. I will be quoting my address at India in mailing address field to collect my passport, but lost at Home address, telephone number, mobile phone number??

Could you please advice

The address and phone number where the consulate can reach you if needed. It will not make any sense if you give U.K address and phone number when you are applying for the visa in India.
