Hi Friends,
I attended my H1B renewal interview in 12th march 2012, and i was issued a 221 g green slip asking for petitioner douments (all the left side docs checked as well as mentioned project itinerary in 'Others' section). They told to submit these docs without passport.
I submitted my docs on 22nd march 2012 but before itself (18th March)my client got the fax from USCIS asking about my contract with them.
Yesterday i called to DOS asking about the status , they replied back saying they sent a response to US embassy to submit my passport , But when i called to VFS they replied back saying , still my case is in administrative processing.
Has anyone faced this situation, how long it will take to get the response from embassy as DOS already responded to submit passport.
