H1B application processing time

Hi,
My employer is going to file H1B petiton in April2012.Any idea how much time it will take to get approved or proccessing the application and when i will get H1B visa.

It takes about 2-3 months by normal process and 15 days by premium to get a decision on the H1B petition.
