Kind Request..please post your employment mode while posting H1B visa experience

Hi Everyone,
Thanks to all who are posting their H1B visa experience on this site. You guys are doind a funtastic job, but please do mention your employment model (FTE, EC,EVC, ...) while posting your experience. I observed that most of the people who are going thru big desi companies like TCS, Infy. ....are getting cleared easily....so that wont help much ...
